If the bicycle needs extra work, we will explain the findings and ask for approval before continuing. Turnaround depends on the condition of the bike and parts availability, and we do not promise a final price or completion date until those details are confirmed.
When the work is complete, we carry out a quality check and provide collection notes that summarise the adjustments made. Seasonal reminders and drivetrain condition notes are also available to help you plan the next service.
